Social Media
Included
- 3 new scripts every week — 12 a month, written for you
- Up to 5 managed platforms, depending on the package
- 12 to 24 pieces and 6 to 12 reels a month depending on the package
- Posts and carousels produced in-house
- Unlimited listing statuses — Just Listed, Under Contract, Sold
- Concierge: your own chat with the team, Mon–Fri 9–5 EST

- The shoot, if you pick the “You film” track — there you supply the material
- Replying to messages, comments or DMs
- Ads, on the packages that don't carry them — Meta Ads is +$295/mo and is already included in the ones that say so on their list
- Printing costs — digital products are delivered as files
No cap on digital products: work runs first-come, first-served within working hours. Flag something as priority and it moves up, but it pushes your other pending items back.
Onboarding — the first week
$495 one time, paid when the week is finished, not before. It is a complete brand refresh across all your networks — including the ones we will not be running — because publishing new content on top of old accounts gets you nowhere. Here is what happens day by day.
Audit and strategy
We review your accounts as they stand today, look at what your competition in the area is doing, and define your voice and the topics you will talk about every month. Your first month's calendar comes out of that.
Visual identity applied
Post and carousel templates, reel covers, colors and typefaces put to work on your brand. It is what makes your feed look like yours instead of generic.
ALL your accounts, not just the ones we run
We leave every one of your networks consistent and on-brand — including the ones we will not be running. Profile photo, a bio written so people find you, highlights organised, links, consistent usernames and every platform connected. If you are a business, your Google Business Profile is set up here too. So a client can look you up on any network and find the same thing.
Brand assets
Email signature, digital business card and story templates, ready to use the same day.
Handover and launch
We hand everything over, approve the first month's calendar together, and your direct chat with the team opens. From there the monthly plan takes over.
It is a week of work that happens once, so folding it into the monthly would make every later month cost more. Paid at the end: if you don't like how it turned out, we don't start.
Photo Session
Optional add-on to the monthly package. Recommended, not required — without it we work with less original material and quality drops. The session is in Naples; outside Naples adds $20.

Websites are paid in full before we start, because the domain and hosting are bought in your name on day one. It is the only Dira service charged up front.
AI Video
Generated with artificial intelligence and visual effects, not filmed. Useful when there's no access to the property, when timing doesn't allow a shoot, or to show something that doesn't exist yet.

If you are on a monthly plan you can trade 3 reels of your month for 1 IA Avanzado at no extra charge — it is the showcase piece of the month. IA Básico is not part of the swap: it is added separately for $195.
Questions we always get
Is the ad budget included?
No. The $295 is for managing your campaigns. What Meta charges to show the ads you pay directly on your own card, and we never touch that money. That way you see exactly what you spent and on what.
What happens if I send no material one month?
Your slot is reserved that month whether you use it or not, so unused videos don't roll over. Material comes in through the 20th. If it keeps slipping, the camera plan exists for exactly that.
How long is the contract?
Four months. It is the honest minimum for content to start showing results — any less and we would be charging you for something that cannot be measured yet.
Do you reply to messages and comments on my accounts?
No, and we say so up front. We create, schedule and publish; you reply. They are your leads and your clients, and you close that conversation better than we would.
When am I billed?
Monthly on the 1st. Onboarding separately, when the week is done. Websites are the only thing paid in full up front, because the domain is bought in your name on day one.
Can I change packages later?
Yes — upward any time, effective the following month. Downward at the end of your four-month contract.
How many changes can I ask for per video?
Two rounds included on every piece. Almost nobody uses the second one, but it is there.
Do you work with clients outside Southwest Florida?
Yes, for everything remote: social management, websites and AI video. The only things tied to the area are the camera shoot and the photo session.
Docuseries
Episodic brand production: script, shoot, edit and delivery. Scope varies too much between projects to publish a per-episode price — it's quoted on episode count, locations and shoot days.
